PROPERTY AND TITLE · WASL LEGAL
Legal Review of Property Matters
In property disputes, we review title and cadastral records, acquisition documents, sale or construction contracts and information about actual use together. The ownership, co-ownership, contractual or registration issues are identified from the documents. The parties’ obligations and available options in a property transaction may vary according to the contract, official records and stage of the transaction.
A useful first review establishes the sequence of events, each party’s position and what the available records show. It then considers the client’s objective, steps already taken and the current procedural stage. This helps identify open questions and the documents that may support a clear next-step assessment.
